Video Upload Failed?

Video upload failures usually come from one of these two reasons. Follow the checks below in order to troubleshoot quickly.

1) Your file size or video length exceeds your current plan limits

First, confirm your video is within your plan’s upload limits:

  • Standard: ≤ 200 MB, ≤ 20 minutes

  • Starter: ≤ 300 MB, ≤ 30 minutes

  • Creator: ≤ 600 MB, ≤ 60 minutes

If you’re only slightly over the limit, try compressing the video or trimming the duration, then upload again.

2) Unstable network connection interrupted the upload

When your network is unstable or the signal is weak, uploads may fail or get stuck. Try the following:

  • Switch to a more stable network (e.g., from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or change to a different Wi-Fi)

  • Turn off VPN/proxy (if enabled) and try again

  • Refresh the page or log out and log back in, then re-upload
