Yes—this is supported.

At the moment, the Add Subtitles feature in Addsubtitle does not support batch-assigning different subtitle styles to different speakers automatically. However, you can still achieve the same effect by adjusting the preset parameters of the current subtitle style to visually differentiate the subtitles on screen—so different speakers appear with different styles.
